FAQ
Have questions about our research, surveys or reporting process? Here you’ll find clear answers to the most common questions from event organisers and sponsors.
What type of data do you collect?
We collect survey responses from attendees and sponsors, basic contact information if you reach out
to us directly, and minimal website usage data such as IP address and browser type.
How do you design surveys?
Each survey is tailored to the goals of the event or sponsor. We focus on gathering meaningful,
actionable feedback that supports decision-making and long-term improvement.
How is the data analysed?
We combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, measure satisfaction, evaluate
sponsor impact and highlight opportunities for improvement in a clear, structured report.
Do you anonymise survey data?
Yes. Feedback is shared with clients in aggregated or anonymised form unless explicit consent has been
granted. We take privacy seriously and follow GDPR guidelines.
How long does a full report take?
Reporting is usually completed within a few days after the survey closes. Larger events may require
additional time depending on the volume of data.
Do you work with sponsors as well as organisers?
Absolutely. We support both organisers and sponsors with insights into audience perception, sponsor
visibility, engagement and overall return on investment.
How do you ensure data security?
All data is stored securely, accessible only to authorised personnel, and protected through
technical and organisational safeguards to prevent misuse or unauthorised access.
Can I request access to my personal data?
Yes. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.
You can also withdraw consent where applicable. Please contact us at
[email protected].
Do you share data with third parties?
We never sell or rent personal information. Data is only shared with the relevant client
as anonymised survey results unless explicit permission has been given.
What if I have another question?
You can always contact us directly with any additional questions.
We are happy to clarify our methods, process or privacy practices.
